I had an awesome experience working with Andrea Richardson ito purchase my new house. Andre conducted video tours of the home showing me areas i had ignored in the home when i came to the open house. Excellent! Andre Richardson served as the listing agent for my home, which I was able to list and sell in less than two months. I met with Andre for the first time in early July 2022. Within a few days, my house was listed for sale and showings began the next day. Andre gave me wise counsel on the listing price, and after a week and a half, I had five offers on my fixer-upper, which was listed for sale as-is. I was able to go to settlement by the end of August 2022. Andre is easy to work with. He has deep knowledge of the real estate market, he's reliable in keeping appointments, he's a great communicator, and he's excellent with follow-through. I highly recommend him!
