I'm a very picky person when it comes to homes. I believe a home should represent a family. So Julie sat me down so I can describe the home that my family and I want. The next day Julie and I met and she shows me a 20+ pages of homes. I was so surprised because usually realators come up with 1-4 pages of homes!! Happy we looked at them one by one. I'm literally dragging Julie all over Plano, McKinney, and neighboring counties! At that time I wanted to see all 20+ homes...I remember telling Julie that "I'm so sorry for wasting your time", but all Julie said was that "It's ok, you should be happy in your home." Finally after looking at 20+ homes the very last one was the house that my family and I fell in love with. Even during the paperwork, that I hate doing, but the whole process actually went by so smoothly and hassle free!! Now about to be a whole year in our beautiful house unfortunately we have to sell it. My husband's job moved my family and I to Houston. Our journey with Julie started a few years ago we found an amazing rental house in the Colony. It was beautiful and the neighborhood was to die for. Two years later we are ready to purchase our first home and Julie guided us from step one. She not only found the place I fell in love with she educated us on some spending that we (I) needed to get under control (motherly advice) to make this purchase a possibility. Julie Samano helped us locate and close on our first home in 2015. In 2017 we needed to sell our home and buy a larger home, we chose Julie for our real estate needs again. Julie listed our home for sale and we had contract signed by the 6th business day of being listed! Julie found us our new home and we closed in 3 weeks!
